An immersive 7-day journey of movement, breath, ceremony and connection with the sacred land.
Monday – Arrival and Opening the Portal
Arrive from 4pm to settle in and connect with the land. At 5pm we officially begin, gathering inside the tipi for a powerful Fire Purification Ceremony with Megan. Together, we’ll release what no longer serves and open the space for what’s to come.
A shared meal follows, with time to rest, journal, or soak in the stillness of your new surroundings.
Tuesday – Grounding & Intention
We begin with gentle morning movement, awakening the body and grounding into presence. A spacious day follows, with a visit to one of Sedona’s energetic landscapes for a guided self-led land activation, walking with intention, breath and reverence.
In the late afternoon, we gather for Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra – planting the seeds of your journey and inviting them to root deeply within. The evening is yours to rest, journal, book a body work session or explore.
Wednesday – Breath, Body & Breakthrough
A light movement practice opens the day. Later, we enter one of the retreat’s most potent sessions – a three-hour Breathwork and Somatic Dance ceremony. Riding the waves of breath into release, we then move into the body through intuitive movement and rhythm – a full-body unwinding, deeply liberating.
The rest of the day is for integration, rest, or personal exploration. There is also the opportunity to book a sessions with the horses or a pranic healing one for yourself.
Thursday – Sacred Walks and Inner Listening
After morning movement, we return to the land for a reverent nature immersion, listening for what wants to be received. This might include silent reflection, personal ritual, or spontaneous expression.
Evening invites you to walk the labyrinth in ceremony, a powerful inner journey shaped by breath, silence and sacred intention.
Friday – Beauty, Joy & Spaciousness
We start with a playful Qoya-inspired movement session, reconnecting to joy, lightness and instinct. After brunch, we visit the beautiful Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park – a day of open-hearted reflection, intention and awe.
The afternoon offers time to explore Sedona, revisit a special spot, or enjoy a treatment. The evening is free and unstructured, allowing the integration of beauty and joy.
Saturday – Ceremony of the Heart
A slower morning followed by a signature Cacao, Breathwork & Somatic Dance ceremony. This fusion of heart-opening medicine, rhythmic breath, and intuitive movement offers one of the deepest releases and activations of the retreat.
The afternoon is open – space to land, write, walk, receive. As night falls, we gather for Sound Healing – a sacred moment of deep integration.
Sunday – Visioning & Closure
Morning movement sets the tone for our final full day. We open into practices that support visioning, integration, and anchoring of what has shifted within. Today is also the Summer Solstice so we will be honouring this with a special ritual. There is time to return to the land, book a final treatment, or soak in the stillness before departure.
As the sun sets, we come together one final time around the fire – to honour, to witness, and to give thanks.
Monday – Gratitude & Departure
Our last morning is gentle and spacious. After a light practice, we gather for a Despacho Ceremony – an offering of gratitude to the Earth, the land, and the journey itself.
We close the circle by 10am, departing by 11am – changed, softened, and reconnected to what truly matters.

Meaghan is an intuitive guide, Associate Certified Pranic Healer, and lifelong horsewoman. After over twenty years as a professional trainer and rider of Hunter and Jumper show horses, her path shifted profoundly when she became a mother to her two boys, Zacciah and Xavier. As she moved through her own personal challenges, she realised how deeply her horses had been medicine for her soul’s growth throughout childhood, adolescence and adulthood. This awakening led her to combine her gifts as a mother, healer, horse trainer and intuitive to support others in finding wholeness and living from the heart.
Meaghan now offers her work from Sedona Sacred Rocks, her metaphysical retreat space in the quiet high mountain forestry of Sedona. She specialises in Pranic Healing, Horse Medicine, Sound Healing and ceremonial work, often with her horses acting as assistants and guides. Meaghan will hold the opening fire purification ceremony and also offers opportunities for one‑on‑one pranic healing and horse divination sessions. Her presence is grounded, nurturing and transformative, creating a space where you can reconnect with your own wisdom and open to deeper healing and clarity.
We believe a retreat should be a whole, integrative experience – immersing yourself in the land and culture of the place you’re visiting rather than staying within the retreat centre the whole time (even one as special as this!). It’s about stepping beyond your comfort zone and gently meeting your edges. In doing so, you discover new layers of yourself and remember what truly brings you joy.
The practices and ceremonies we share are designed to bring you into deeper connection with yourself, with others (including the beautiful souls on this retreat), and with something far greater than us all. Standing in the magnitude of this landscape helps us see how small we are in the wider scheme of things, and how small our problems really are. In this realisation, our perspective expands, and so does our sense of what is possible.
When our nervous systems are regulate, and when we learn how to self regulate, we begin to show up in the world as our most authentic selves. We let go of old patterns of and start relating from a truer, steadier place within. Giving yourself a week to unravel what has been tightly bound creates profound shifts. Each day builds on the last, rewiring your body‑mind system in subtle yet lasting ways that change how you move through life.
Sedona is known as one of the most potent energy centres on earth, a place where the veil between worlds is thin and the connection to both the cosmos and the land is palpable. Time here has a way of awakening what has long been dormant within you. In this landscape, something ancient stirs – an inner knowing, a remembering – and with it comes a powerful activation of your own truth and potential.
