Hatha

A slower paced practice that focuses on alignment techniques, which allows for a deeper enquiry into the body and any compensatory patterns that can often be overlooked in a faster paced practice. There is a focus on working with the breath, whilst cultivating strength in the longer holds.

Qoya

Qoya is a movement system based on the idea that through movement, we remember. We remember our essence is wise, wild and free. Through movement, ritual, community connection and pilgrimages, we learn to trust the physical sensation of truth in our bodies.

Vinyasa

A dynamic movement practice that links the breath with movement. Working on strength, flexibility and the cardio vascular system it is challenging for both the body and mind. An opportunity to play and safely explore edges, which builds confidence and vital energy.

Movement (Yang)

We need balance in life our lives and as much as we need some stillness, we also equally need to challenge our cardio vascular system, strength and flexibility. Small bursts of stress are great for the body, as is getting the blood and oxygen flowing. These movement practices also build vital energy in the body and when this is cultivated it can weave its way into all aspects of your life, increasing vibrancy and radiance.
