Emergence
WHERE STILLNESS MEETS MOVEMENT
Step into spring with Emergence, a three-day long weekend retreat designed for deep nourishment and renewal. With only three rooms available, this intimate gathering allows you to truly slow down, connect, and immerse yourself in practices designed to cultivate harmony within - mixing challenge with deeply restorative practices.
We begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, setting the tone for the weekend. Each morning includes the option to join our Movement practices - yoga, breathwork, guided cold immersion and sauna sessions to ground, energise, and refresh. Evenings flow into our signature Stillness yin and yoga nidra practice, with the optional sauna or hot tub to unwind further before bed.
Between practices, the island is yours to explore at your own pace - wander, explore, rest, or simply be. Emergence is about flexibility, connection, and self-nourishment. Come for the full three days and leave feeling renewed, centred, and deeply restored.
