Vinyasa - Breathwork - Ice Plunge - Sauna (optional)
Start the day with a bang. A challenging 60 minute strength building vinyasa class to get the blood flowing, followed by 30 minutes of pranayama (breathwork) and then finishing with an ice cold plunge for a slow release dopamine hit that will have you flying through the day ahead.
Yin – Yoga Nidra – Sauna (optional)
A sanctuary in time – where stillness is the medicine.
This soul-soothing fusion of yin and yoga nidra invites you to melt into the quiet, unwind the layers of tension, and be gently held by rest. A deep exhale for your nervous system, leaving you restored, replenished, and ready to drift into the sweetest sleep.
As the season turns toward the height of summer, this is a time connect through ritual and movement. We harness the high energy and power of this season, whilst at the same creating the space for you to rest and nourish your body and your soul. Giving you some much needed time to just be, a rare gift in this busy season of doing.
Nestled in nature, we’ll gather in circle with cacao, share in the warmth of community, and immerse ourselves in the powerful practices of Yoga, Dance, Breathwork, Contrast Therapy and Ceremony. Through these deep and restorative experiences, we’ll shed what no longer serves us, creating space for clarity, renewal, and a deeper connection to our authentic selves.
