Breathe Transform Workshop

  • The Button Factory 2 Abbey Street Auckland, Auckland, 1010 New Zealand (map)

Live Music by DJ MoRpHo

Facilitated by Donna O’Connor & Anita Dempsey

It's been a vision of ours for while now. To have live music played during one of our breathwork offerings. The energy field of the room being read in real time, elevating your experience. And now it's become a reality. We are so excited to announce that DJ MoRpHo (Juliana) will be joining us live for our next monthly breathwork workshop.

Join us for a transformative evening of breath, sound, and somatic release. Guided by experienced and heart led breathwork facilitators Anita and Donna. We invite you into a deeper exploration of body, breath and being.

This immersive workshop invites you to drop deeply into your body, exploring the emotional and energetic layers within, supported by the intuitive rhythms of DJ MoRpHo.

Juliana will be weaving a live soundscape that moves with you through the energy centres of the body - tuning into your breath, your emotions, and the collective pulse in the room.

Sound and vibration will ripple through the space, awakening and harmonising the chakras, and creating a deeply intuitive, supportive field for inner journeying.

Expect emotional clarity, renewed vitality, expanded self-awareness, reignited creativity, and a felt sense of connection - to yourself, to others, and to something greater.

This is a space to release what no longer serves and reconnect with what truly matters.

Breathwork is a journey that deepens every time you return to your breath.

Come with an open heart.

Leave with a lighter spirit.

We can’t wait to share this experience with you.

Juliana Botero aka DJ MoRpHo

Juliana Botero known as Dj MoRpHo, being in love with music her whole life, intrigued with spinning records and making crowds of people dance, began in the electronic scene in 2004, identifying with funky electronic, tribal, Latin and fusion of sounds in her mix. With the addition of her saxophone and recently an addition of an electric violin. Currently DJ MoRpHo combines her healing through vibrational sounds and movement, combining music for celebrating life, moving energy and empowering human beings, surfing waves of awakening.

Donna O’Connor

Donna is a master breathwork instructor who has trained with Johannes Egbert’s from Breathless, combining this with her knowledge of pranayama from her yoga background. Her mission is to spread knowledge on how breathing efficiently can effectively change your life. Our breath informs every aspect of our lives: our sleep quality, our stress levels, our immunity to diseases, how long we live and so much more. Unfortunately, these days most of us breathe incorrectly and it's terrible for our health. This breathwork ceremony will open your eyes to just how powerful your breath is and leave you feeling motivated to learn more about this free gift that we all have access to - our breath.
