This retreat has been curated especially for a group of friends coming together for a birthday celebration and includes a strength building vinyasa, breathwork, a guided cold plunge immersion and sauna. What better way to come together than in practices that allow us to be open in our communication, forming closer bonds with each other as we connect deeply into what each of us is seeking in our lives, whilst having a lot of fun along the way!

The cost per person is $275. We require a minimum of 4 people, or $1,100 and we can host a maximum of 12 people.
