From here, we ease into an hour of guided yoga nidra – a powerful practice of conscious rest that supports deep nervous system reset and inner restoration.
This immersive experience is designed to leave you feeling spacious, centred, and profoundly rested – setting you up for your best night's sleep in ages.
For the ultimate wind-down, you're invited to add on a shared infrared sauna session afterwards for an additional $15. The perfect way to complete the journey.
