As the season turns toward spring and the light returns in equal measure, this is a time of renewal, of gentle awakening. A time to remember what brings you joy, to plant new intentions, and to honour the growth that’s stirring within and around you.

Nestled in nature, we’ll gather in circle with cacao, share in the warmth of community, and immerse ourselves in the powerful practices of Yoga, Dance, Breathwork, Contrast Therapy and Ceremony. Through these deep and restorative experiences, we’ll shed what no longer serves us, creating space for clarity, renewal, and a deeper connection to our authentic selves.
